Concept
Have a product idea? See a hole in the marketplace? Maybe you already have an established brand but are looking to grow. chenko studios will tailor your design, development, and manufacturing services to fit your brand needs.
Design
We can help you expand your product range, or work with your existing designs to improve quality and ease of production. Our technical designers are fully equipped to build flats, 3D models, and full techpacks.
Sourcing
Sourcing materials and trims can be challenging for growing brands. We can help connect you with Vancouver-based suppliers to ensure you source the best materials for your product.
Pattern Engineering
Getting your pattern right is one of the most important development steps. We can help digitize your existing paper patterns, or start from scratch.
Sample Sewing
Validate your design through sampling. This step helps us work out all the construction details before production, and gives you a chance to evaluate the best way to put your product together.
Fitting
Get your product on body and test it out. This is the chance to use a critical eye and evaluate what you like, and what we can improve about your product before going to production.
Grading
We can work with your existing size system, or help you build patters that is specific to your target market. We do all of our grading digitally.
Production
Ready to produce? We can either send your pattern and tech pack files to your factory, or we can produce your items right here at chenko studios. We specialize in small batch manufacturing (5 -100 units).
